Available: December 1st Price: $1200 monthly, utilities is included in the price. Internet is free as I pay for that. Relationship to unit: I am the tenant/lease-holder.

Absolutely non smoker as I am asthmatic

I’m looking to keep this space a work/study friendly environment, but also a home open to your respectful guests. The bedroom is definitely large enough but please no messages about couples sharing tenancy. The 3pc washroom is shared. TTC is right in front of the condo. Would love to know more about you, either by virtual appointment or coming to check out the space.

Rental Terms: Off-lease roommate not covered by the RTA - Rent will be paid to me. A written roommate agreement is required as well as first and last month’s rent. Documentation of who you are.
