Hello! We are a house of three young professionals who are seeking someone to fill our newly empty room.

We are looking for someone mature, thoughtful, and employed, who is not living on their own for the first time. There is only one kitchen and bathroom, so respect for the time and space we use in these common areas (and the laundry machines) is paramount to the quality of life of everyone here. We are currently trying to arrange monthly meetings to discuss house issues.

The house is old, creaky, and worn down in may spots. There is a noticeable slant in every room towards the western wall. It’s not pretty, but it’s structurally-sound. It has been inspected recently.

The available room has very high ceilings and large south-facing windows. It is mostly unfurnished (queen size mattress and boxspring included), but none of the furniture has to stay. It’s whatever you wish to keep.

Utilities, laundry, and high-speed internet are included. We also have an indoors-only cat.

We’re all around 30 or 40 years old. Artistic/music types with boring jobs. We’re just here to work and live our lives. We do throw an occasional house or porch party. Special consideration will be given to socially-progressive and queer folk.
