213 Carlton st is a beautifully renovated Victorian mansion located at the center of the charming & picturesque Cabbagetown neighborhood. The Ebbis Hall Carlton Student Residence offers 11 fully furnished bedrooms that vary in size and style, 6 bathrooms, 2 fully-equipped kitchens, TV lounge, coin-operated laundry that is conveniently accessible on-site, and a private backyard open for use to all Ebbis Hall residents.

We currently offer a room on the first floor with windows.All utilities plus WiFi are included. An additional perk is we do not offer nor mandate a student meal plan. Additionally, we have cleaning staff to clean the common areas and a secure security system to support and foster our residents’ safety. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. everyone respects each other’s boundaries. this place feels like home. I sadly need to move out and find someone to sublet because I cannot afford it anymore. i will be going back to my country, so i need to find a person to take my spot.
