Detached home near Dovercourt park - fantastic location. Cute and quiet neighbourhood. Close to shops and bars. 450m (6 minute walk) to Ossington Subway station.

Spacious 3 bedrooms, one in the basement, two upstairs. Big kitchen and living room.

Must be environmentally friendly, respectful, clean, and an animal lover. I have a rabbit, and sometimes have my dog with me at the house. I like being friends with roomates, organizing potlucks, movie nights, board game nights, and cooking dinners together sometimes.

Looking for someone to move in in January, ideally a short term winter lease (Jan-April), but the dates are flexible.

You’ll be living with me, and temporarily (she’s planning to move out in Feb) my house mate who is from germany doing a work abroad year.

Some hobbies of mine:

Biking, running, dancing, hiking, tennis, cooking & baking, crafting (scrapboooking, knitting, sewing), singing & guitar. Love animals, have a pet rabbit and dog.
