Location: Brand New Row/Town House in Dawson Way, Chestermere

Brand new house offering a standard sized Private furnished bedroom (Single bed, night stand, and TV) and a separate/private bathroom in a SHARED Accommodation with another couple. Location is ideal for a quiet student or a single female. Rent includes Wifi, Laundry and Utilities.

There is street parking. We are located close to the East Hills Shopping Centre in SE Calgary and other Calgary neighborhoods are located in close proximity as well. The ideal roommate must be a non-smoker, a clean and tidy person and there are No pets allowed.

This arrangement should only be for a few months, until the basement is development and the opportunity will be there for you to rent the Basement for even more privacy and space and have use of your own laundry. This will be dependent of course on how successful the current living arrangements have been. Rates and contract will be discussed closer to the basement development completion.

This is a SHARED Accommodation with my parents. They are quiet, clean and tidy and mostly keep to themselves. We would like to find a similar type of individual to move in with them. Preferably a quiet and clean individual that doesn’t smoke or party and doesn’t invite guests over late into the evenings.
