My husband and I of 43 years have had tenants for over six years. Judith stayed for about 4 1/2 years until she moved out to a place on her own, and Mert is moving in with relatives that just came to Toronto. The rent is for the room only and to share the kitchen. There is a separate nice sized fridge just for you! The room is unique because it has a shower stall inside the room with the toilet and sink in the hallway for your use only. We have our own bathroom in the master bedroom. The building is on a quiet suburb street with high-end homes with a park nearby and the Discovery Lane a block or so away that’s frequented by joggers and people walking their dogs. The apartment and kitchen is always super clean! We both work outside the home. If you are looking for a safe, quiet and peaceful environment we can guarantee that!

The bedroom is unique in that it has a really nice shower stall right in the room and there is a powder room in the hallway for your  use only. The room has a remote controlled ceiling fan (not shown in picture) even though the apartment has air chilling. The bedroom has a south exposure so it is super sunny all the time with huge windows and a view facing trees. If you open the window, a fabulous breeze always flows through, and when closed the traffic cannot be heard at all.  The mattress is an  Obusforme with a memory foam topper and is wonderful to sleep on. Besides having your own bathroom and shower, we supply your own mini fridge.

The kitchen is very sunny as well, has a ceiling fan as well, is equipped with a dishwasher and an abundance of dishes, pots and pans.  It has the same pretty view of trees, and the same fabulous breeze when the window is open. Unlimited high speed internet and hydro is included, laundry services is in the building, and our apartment is fully insured by an insurance company. The area is very quiet, safe, and surrounded by lovely homes with a huge park and tennis courts down the street. Just a block away  is a beautiful greenbelt pathway where people jog and walk. 

My husband and I both work, have been married over 35 years and go into our own bedroom around 10 pm. We are a very-relaxed-no-drama couple, who pride ourselves on being extremely accommodating and go out of our way to make our guests feel welcome and comfortable.
