There is a fridge, Microwave, toaster and a kettle in the fully furnished Basement studio area at the disposal of the person that will rent the space. The bedroom is a fully furnished Bedroom on first floor with balcony. PLEASE NOTE: Shared kitchen and entrance with home owner. Access to all other common areas in the house, back deck and yard. Property detached 2 story house, 2 min to TTC buses and 7 mins Woodbine Subway station. Valumart Supermarket next to Woodbine subway station, 10 min walk to 24h Shoppers Drugmart, Parking on street – no permit required. 5 min walk to Stan Wadlow park and the Ravine, close to Danforth Ave specialty shops/Greek town.

I work fulltime remote as a billing analyst, gen-x, have 2 dogs (Border collies), pretty chill, other roomie millennial, also pretty chill. I play pickleball usually twice a week in evenings, enjoy cooking(dogs get to hide the evidence of any cooking failures) and Im learning to ice skate at the rink nearby.
