We have a cozy basement 1-bedroom(biggest room in the house) space available in our 3-bed, 1.5-bath house, conveniently located for an easy-going individual in their late 20s or early 30s. The house operates on a communal living concept, encouraging a friendly and shared living experience.

Living Arrangements:

Two male professionals working in the technology field currently occupy the upstairs bedrooms. They’ve furnished the living room, which is open to sharing. You’ll have access to the living room, washroom, and kitchen upstairs. The utilities, including insurance, hydro, internet, garbage, and water, will be shared equally among the three tenants (Approx $200 CAD per person).

Chores:

Household chores are shared responsibilities among all tenants. We believe in maintaining a clean and comfortable living space for everyone, so tasks like cleaning common areas (front yard, kitchen, and living room), taking out the garbage, and other shared responsibilities will be divided among the residents.
