The building is not dog friendly. Cats are allowed.

Hello. They call me Duke. I am an older very open minded gentleman who lives with a cat. The cat has an issue with men which is why the apt it’s advertised as Fem only. I am tidy, but not a neat freak. I am quite, cook/clean. I tend to keep to myself but am cool with hanging out. Previous roommate (who was awesome) got the job offer of a lifetime so she had to leave on short notice. I can be contacted evenings for more information about the unit. Photos of room on request.
