Bedroom is partially finished (double bed bunk bed, as seen in pictures), and is on the 2nd floor with a private ensuite - bathroom with shower.

(2 bedrooms are available for rent. Both on the second floor.)

Rest of the house is fully furnished. Shared kitchen on the main floor plus an entertainment room in basement.

Very quiet neighbours situated on a quiet dead end street. Price is all inclusive – heat, hydro, water, internet. Laundry on site.

No indoor smoking.

There’s a semi-private backyard. (Note: the neighbours do have a large dog, who is very friendly.) Waiting till spring to put in a fence to accommodate privacy.

Street parking is available by permit. Not included. Have all paperwork ready - You would have to set this up yourself.

Home office is on the main floor, with a shared kitchen and dining room.

I am a 40+ year old Australian living in Canada now for over 20 years. Grew up in the outback of far north Queensland in remote Australia on cattle properties, zoos and farms. Classically trained in Shakespeare, film and the Arts. I am currently employed in the Film Industry in production - started as a film technician . I work long hours when a production is on. Frequent traveling when on shows with many days on the road. Even though I am social, because of the long hours I tend to be quiet and reclusive at home. Rest recoup time.
