This is a non-smoking house. Internet is included. Heat is included. Hot water is included. You will be responsible for 1/3 of the alectra utility bill each month.

This is not long-term rental. it’s month to month only and you’ll be home sharing with another adult you will have private kitchen space you will need to bring your own cutlery there’s a shared bathroom in the basement with a shared kitchen in the basement.
