Hi there! We live in a house in Capilano area. It’s four bedrooms with three occupied (one person takes two small rooms upstairs). We will be renting out the basement room to one person as we don’t want to overcrowd the place. We are looking for May 1st but can also accommodate MidMay with half-rent pay. Utilities are split evenly between all roommates. Features include: A pool table -two shared bathrooms (though the basement bathroom is mostly used by the basement room) -covered parking pad (we rotate) -lots of garage/shed space -beautiful neighbourhood

I am the one moving out because I found an opportunity in another city. Janelle and Brooklynn have lived together for the last year. Janelle and Brooklynn have a large dog each. One is quite senior and the other is middle-aged. Both are very well behaved. We love this place and love the area. Janelle works as a paver in the summer. Brooklynn works with Hope mission. Our home is quiet and clean. Though we do welcome guests. Janelle and Brooklynn live very well together and hope to find a great addition!
