Hi, I am looking for a clean and responsible roommate only 1 person preferably female to share a 2 bedroom apartment unit in Etobicoke from February 1, 2024. Flexible move in date for Feb. You will have your own private bedroom with closet. Other facilities such as living area, kitchen, and washroom will be shared with me. House is furnished, your room will not be furnished. On-site laundry is available.

Rent: $1050 (utilities and wifi included) Balcony: Yes Main intersection: Rathburn Road and The East Mall Parking: Available at additional cost Bus stop right outside the building. Walking distance to Shoppers Drug Mart, Toronto Public Library, Loblaws etc.

Bus route: 111 (18 mins to Kipling Station & 45 mins to Downtown Toronto by bus)

I live in the other private room. I have a hybrid work structure for now. I am a working professional and have been in Canada for more than 5 years. I am vegetarian who eats eggs.
