2nd floor private room with window and closet. Big enough to fit full bed and desk. 2 half baths and 1 full bath. Laundry on site, and fully stocked kitchen. Lots of storage spaces. Quiet neighborhood. Backyard. Shared driveway. Close to UPEI, downtown, and Walmart superstore center (<15 min drive). Plowing of the driveway included in rent.

We are three veterinary students (2 first years, 1 second year). We also currently have a 5 month old Dalmatian and a 3 year old female cat. We would prefer a female identifying student.
