The condo is located in the heart of Yorkville, under a 5-minute walk to both Bloor-Yonge and Bay stations, the building has great amenities and is close to so many different restaurants and cafes. The room has a very spacious closet and is the second largest room in the unit.

Hi! My name is Fatima and my roommate’s name is Andrea and we’re looking to rent out the third bedroom in our unit. We’re looking more for a short term rental, from dec 15th-jan 15th (long-term couild potentially be possible if interested in a lease takeover). I’m a student and part-time worker, and Andrea works as a consultant and does work from home most days. We are in our early 20s and are very friendly and easy-going.
