The ground level is already rented out but there is a separate door and whoever takes the rest of the property won’t see or interact with this person. Coming from the garage (and this unit comes with a garage) there is a set of stairs to downstairs (with a bedroom and a washroom) and a set of stairs to the second floor with a bedroom, a washroom, a kitchen and a living area.

Short term rental is okay. You’ll be paying 2/3 of the utilities. The unit can come furnished or unfurnished, whichever you prefer. Everything is brand new. The property was just renovated from the flooring to new paint, kitchen countertop, appliances etc. You will be the first person living there after the full renovation. You won’t see her as your place has a separate entrance from the garage, but she is a young professional living alone on the main floor. Nothing is shared (only you have access to washer/dryer).
