Hi there! I’m renting one bedroom in my 4+1bedroom home. I will be living in the house along with two other great female roommates (only one other in the summer)! The bedroom for rent is indicated by an “x” on the floor plan and one bedroom will be left empty as flex space for the co-occupants. We very recently moved in so excuse the lack of decorating at the moment.

The house is fully furnished, and this can include your bedroom if needed although it is currently unfurnished. Common areas will include a large living room, dining room, kitchen, garage storage, and basement storage. Additionally, one of the bedrooms upstairs will be left empty for co-occupants to use as they please.

The house is located a 10-minute walk from Blair train station and 15-minute walk from Gloucester mall, which includes a walmart, a bulk barn, and a grocery store. If you have a car, driveway parking can be made available.

Three cats are living in the house but they are all friendly. Litter boxes are not present in common areas.

Price is all inclusive of utilities and internet.

I’m a 28-year old Ecologist that either works on the field or at the office, never at home. I’m a social gal and love sometimes having friends over for dinner and/or board game nights but most of the time I go to their place. I play several sports, including hockey, bouldering, softball, ultimate frisbee, and tennis. I enjoy going on hikes and just doing any activity in general, when I’m not too tired from working on the field all day. I also enjoy light gaming and a ps4 will be available for you if you’d like to use it sometimes! I also really enjoy cooking so I’ll definitely be making food for you from time to time (it’ll be vegetarian though). I’m queer so being queer friendly is very important.
