This is a very large primary bedroom with a huge closet space that takes up an entire wall. It is fully furnished with a double bed, desk, large dresser, and side table (not like the picture above, I do not have a recent picture of the room). The rest of the house is also fully furnished. Common areas include a spare bedroom that is used as a shared office/storage space, large living room, dining room, kitchen, and basement storage. The shared bathroom has lots of storage available and there is a huge pantry in the kitchen. There is a balcony and a backyard for outdoor space! I’ve set up a small garden in the backyard as well.

Price does not include hydro, which is around 30-40$/month in the summer and 80-100$/month in the winter, depending on usage. One parking is available at 60$/month and there is lots of free street parking available all around. Move in date is flexible and can later for the right fit.
