Unique room rental with kitchenette/bar, bright walk-out basement

We have a room rental with a private kitchenette (no full stove but will have a fridge, pic is under construction). It is ‘almost’ a bachelor apartment but has a shared gym area that you have to walk through to access the bathroom. Otherwise, it has a private entrance through our backyard. The bathroom is also pretty much private (we would only use it if we were using the gym otherwise we have 2.5 bathrooms upstairs). **The treadmill will be moved to the gym before occupancy.

Very close to the Parkhill/Chandler 9A bus stop Cons: -There is no parking -We have kids and dogs, and the ceiling is insulated for noise but we are still an active family (looking for someone who is a dog lover because sometimes they are outside when you would be accessing the rental). We do keep very regular hours and it would be quiet from 9PM-7AM when kids/dogs sleep and also when they are at school. We still have some things to finish up, but wanted to put some feelers out to see if anyone would be interested/be a good fit. We are looking to rent it for $800/month Utilities and internet included -Single occupancy -no pets due to other animals in home

Active but respectful family. My partner and I are wedding photographers and I am (hopefully) going to Trent in the fall for nursing!
