This is a low-rise, smoke-free 6 suite building populated by adults . For that reason, I am looking for a mature (at least mentally) roommate to share my place. He or she can be young (18-25) or more seasoned. Students or working adults are welcome. Boozers, druggies and smokers are not wanted here I do not supply a bed… however, if you want it, I DO have a queen size, inflatable bed (not an air mattress) that you are welcome to. It comes with a quilted mattress cover, pillows and linens. The apartment is clean, carpeted, very spacious and well-equipped with everything but a dishwasher. It is humidified and the environment is good for health and prevention of dry skin, eyes and noses. No more nose bleeds! You will not get sick living here. There is a FREE laundry in the building one floor down. I keep my place clean, fresh and odour-free. My roommate should appreciate that and want to maintain the high standard. I prefer an educated professional or student. I would prefer a female but a male is ok too.

I have vinyl records and a turntable to play them on. Though I am a senior, I am mentally sharp and enjoy witty banter with my roommate. The CBC is my major source of news and culture.
