About the room
A 2-story house. The whole basement is available, included is a lounge area, bathroom, and bedroom. (two bedrooms are in the basement, but only one is offered, the other will be for storage, or if you know someone who also needs to rent a room🤞)
The house is not set up for renting, so the entrance will be shared along with the kitchen and laundry. There are two fridges, and one can be claimed by the renter.
About the roomies
I am a divorced father of 3. 6f, 9m, and 14m I have my children for a week at a time, every other week. We will occupy the top floor, while sharing the main floor with you, the renter. I am an Inspector in the aerospace industry. I work typical hours. I am a very clean person and would appreciate a renter who is also clean and tidy. I wake early every day for exercise (yoga / running). If you’re into yoga also, that would be great!
I’m sorry to be sexist, but I prefer a female because of my children. Also, a female who is good with children. Obviously, you’re in no way required to interact with my children, but if you did and you enjoy the company of children, that would be a huge bonus for me.
