Hello,

I’m looking for a roommate for January 1st or 15th . I live near Puntledge Park. I have a big yard and a sweet 6 month old kitty.

The house is a three bedroom. I’ve been using the third as a spare for guest so whoever moves in can choose which room they like more.

The room can come with a new queen bed if desired. The house is furnished and kitchen fully equipped. There’s tons of parking as well!

I try to mow the lawn once every 10 days in the spring/summer. It would be great to have a roommate who’s willing to share that with me.

I work as a therapist for autistic kids. I’m quite social but also clean and respectful. I value my recharge time.

I’m also a yoga teacher and was previously a chef on super yachts.

This winter I’ll be doing chef shifts in a heliski lodge so I will be away quite a bit until April.

I enjoy having friends for dinner parties, going to the beach, hiking, yoga, diving and snowboarding.

I’ve been in the house for 2.5 years so it’s pretty well equipt but also has room for new things!
