Rent is $1,150/month, which includes all utilities (hydro and electricity). The room is available for long-term rental, with an initial 6-month commitment starting August 1st.

I am a happy person, I love music and I have my energy at all times 💯! I really appreciate keeping my spaces clean and spotless, I have good communication, I train almost every day and some days I work from home.
