Lea's room

I have a room for rent in my 4 bedroom home, ideal for full time female student. Bedroom has bed, bedding, desk, shelving and big closet. New carpets. Fresh paint. Room for parking on the property. Shared bathroom with 1 other female student. Utilities, shared laundry, shared kitchen and internet included. There is also a patio and back yard with a view of trees and the ravine that may be used all well.

I am looking for a clean, respectful female tenant. I am open to length of stay, but 3 month lease or longer only apply please. References and proof of school enrolment will be required

There are no little children living in home. Must be pet friendly, we have a larger breed dog and 2 cats.
