Looking for a female roommate to live in a shared townhouse in River Heights. Fully furnished bedroom available for June 1st. All utilities included. And a washer and dryer, located in the basement. Parking would be on the street. There’s a fenced backyard if you have a pet. Roommates would be a 21 year old female full time and a 21 year old male 1/2 the year.

The room comes with almost new matching IKEA furniture and a super comfortable queen mattress. There are a few cute accessories including a carpet, drapes, mirror and bedside table lamp. Outsides looks over our small backyard with big trees for privacy. It’s on the other side of the main bedroom so it’s quiet. Safe townhouse in River Heights walking distance to 3 major streets. I’m a 21 year old female. I spend a lot of my time at work, I have two jobs. When I’m not working I like to go out and hang out with my friends, binge watch shows, draw or read. I don’t have any pets but I love them! I like to keep a clean space and maintain it as much as possible. Half the year my 21 year old brother will be here, he’s very friendly, keeps to himself, is usually out working, playing sports, or playing video games in the basement.
