Looking for a female roommate to live in a shared townhouse in River Heights. Fully furnished bedroom available for February 1st. All utilities included. And a washer and dryer, located in the basement. Parking would be on the street. There’s a fenced backyard if you have a pet. Roommates would be a 23 year old female.

The room comes with almost new matching IKEA furniture and a super comfortable queen mattress. There are a few cute accessories including a carpet, drapes, mirror and bedside table lamp. Outsides looks over our small backyard with big trees for privacy. It’s on the other side of the main bedroom so it’s quiet. Safe townhouse in River Heights walking distance to 3 major streets. (Corydon, Kenaston and Grant)
