I rent a 2 bedroom legal basement apartment in a very quiet neighbourhood. It’s pretty spacious for a basement apartment and I do have a storage unit it necessary. The second room is to be rented out, it is unfurnished. I prefer female roommates around my age please. The basement apartment is close to pretty much everything, grocery, malls, costco, gyms, etc.

I’m a 27 year old female working full time and living on my own, I do have a boyfriend that visits occasionally, just a heads up. I like to consider myself a tidy person as I absolutely hate messy environments so I do clean the apartment as often as I can. I’m pretty easygoing, I love cooking and baking so you will see me in the kitchen pretty often when I’m home. Of course I’d love a roommate I can get along with and be friends with as well !!! (TO THE MEN, pls do not use this as an opportunity to hit on me, it’s absolutely inappropriate and I don’t appreciate getting dms, you will instantly be blocked).
