The townhouse is conveniently located in McKenzie. If you don’t drive, the bus stop is just 3 minutes away. Street parking is also available. Downtown is just 20 minutes away. Nearby amenities include grocery stores, banks, restaurants, a convenience store, and Shoppers Drug Mart. I’m looking for a clean and respectful roommate to share this townhouse with. I believe in maintaining a positive, friendly atmosphere at home and am looking for a like-minded individual to share this space with. The ideal roommate would be a student or young professional.
