Rainbow Avenue

Short term (1 month +) possibly long term :) furnished/unfurnished! Organized, furnished and open space. Could store the NEW mattress and computer desk in these pictures, If prefer unfurnished. Large room, built in closet organizer, slider drawers. Really cool closet. Thinking of renting room out to an honest, clean, and independent person to enjoy the space aswell as respectfully have use of my belongings as if were their own. Easy walks to the store, shops etc. only street away from highway. Dart players welcome to challenge me when it’s unwind time etc. Beyond just cable ;) Parking, laundry and yard use as who wants to live in a bedroom ;)

Private, hard working, easy going but clean, clean! I love my home and my dogs and making my own schedule. BBQs and zen space also. Neighbors are great and always have each others back Watching out for hoodlums lol. Looking for a good fit and go from there. I like to travel, water sports but waiting on a hernia surgery, so time to recover lol. So I can enjoy summer. BBQs! Laughs and can sleep through my late night movies etc, surround sound. Just someone I don’t feel to have to tip toe around even though I’m still respectfully quiet but for someone just like myself with opposite schedules if that’s the case. On leave from hotel and restaurant industry and work from my office downstairs. Thinking of giving this a try as it’s too big for just myself and would be nice to try it out. ;)
