About the room
Hi there! My roommate and I are on the hunt for a third person to join us and sub-lease the third room in our flat.
🛋️ Fully Loaded Pad: Our flat is fully furnished – washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a balcony with a park view.
🛏️ Your Cozy Digs: Small room within a big apartment - 130m2 in total. Just so you know, it’s a two-bathroom deal – yours will be share with Valery. Plus, we’ve got a nice living room with a free desk for your work/study game.
🗺️ Location: The place is well served with a bus stop right outside the apartment going straight to Concordia (9mn with 165 or 166) and close to Côte des Neiges metro station.
📆 Availability: Room’s good to go from May 1st! Looking for someone to sub-lease May-Aug (incl.), but if you need a spot now, let us know.
💰 Rent : $800 all-inclusive – internet and electricity on the house. Let’s chat details when you hit us up.
