Looking for a clean roommate for one of the bedrooms in this bright Kitsilano apartment! You will be using a shared bathroom that will basically be your own bathroom as the master bedroom has a private bathroom.

The unit has 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, a solarium, living room, kitchen, dining room, and a small balcony. (In-suite washing machine + dryer as well). At the intersection of MacDonald Street and West 4 Avenue. The bus stops right outside the apartment are for 4, 2 7, 14, 44(express to UBC), and 84(express to UBC). Approx. 15 minutes to DT and 15 minutes to UBC by bus.

The internet, hydro, and utilities will be split between you and the tenant living in the master bedroom. Underground parking is available. A clean, covid cautious, non-smoking roommate is preferred. The kitchen, living, and dining areas will be shared. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen and a robot vacuum in the unit that can vacuum and mop floors.

I’m a full-time software developer, and occasionally work from home. I’m pretty friendly and clean, and usually prefer quieter environments.
