I have extra room in my house downtown London. The room is ready to move in sep 1 or sooner. After 4 years our awesome roommate Samantha is graduating and moving out. You’ll get a private room to yourself with door lock, and share the rest of the fully furnished house with us. Nice big tall ceilings in a relaxing and peaceful environment. Amenities:

• Right Downtown Location. Walk to Joseph Hospital or even University Hospital. All the downtown bars/ restaurants , theatre and other cultural festivals are all a brief stroll away. Parks, river behind the house.
• Very large backyard! baseball field, tennis courts, practice wall, river and path right behind, patio with BBQ.
• direct bus to every part of the city within 2 min walk
• washer & dryer, 2 fridges plus 2 extra freezers, espresso machine various kitchen appliances like air fryers, deep fryers, dough mixer, bread slicers etc…
• fully equipped home gym.
• WIFI, 1 Gb Internet, Cable, Netflix, Disney, Ps4, Switch etc..
• Can be furnished with bed and desk/chair if needed. Private Air Conditioning System for summer. -2.5 Washrooms. -Bi-Weekly Maid Service for all common areas.

• full time student or job

Other stuff:

• We are 3 males ages (24,34,41 Lukas), 2 females (age 28,38 ) right now with Samantha leaving. Study / Work 9-5, in different fields like bio lab, ecommerce, astrophysics.
• We are very quiet for the most part, little less on some weekends.
• I like to keep a nice peaceful home, as we all work in the morning and take our jobs seriously. But weekends can get louder.
• students & professionals welcome! Male or Female we have lived with both before.
• There is one dog in the house. Small Dachshund.
