I have extra room in my 5 bedroom house downtown. To be clear - this is my house, not a rental. So you’d be renting directly from me and living with me. You’ll get a private room to yourself with door lock, and share the rest of the fully furnished house with me. Nice big tall ceilings in a relaxing and peaceful environment. Amenities:

• very large backyard! baseball field, tennis courts, practice wall, river and path right behind, patio with BBQ.
• direct bus to every part of the city within 2 min walk
• washer & dryer, 2 fridges plus extra freezer, espresso machine.
• fully equipped home gym.
• WIFI, 1 Gb Internet, Cable, Netflix, Disney, Ps4, Switch etc..
• Can be furnished with bed and desk/chair if needed., Walk in Closet. -2.5 Washrooms. -Bi-Weekly Maid Service for all common areas. Need to have:
• full time student or job
• C19 vaccinations
• 1st & last month’s rent deposit

Other stuff:

• We are 3 males in our 25, 24, Late 30’s. 2 Females 24, 38. Study / Work 9-5, in nutrition, management, e-commerce, bio-lab, accounting, astophysics.
• We are pretty quiet for the most part, little less on some weekends.
• I like to keep a nice peaceful home, as we all work in the morning and take our jobs seriously. But weekends can get louder.
• students & professionals welcome! Male or Female we have lived with both before.
• There is one dog in the house. Small Dachshund. No other Pets.
