Hi! My roomie is moving to BC and giving up his room in this awesome 2 bedroom apartment. I wpuld prefer living with another female but open to living with anyone as long as they are respectful. I listed the date for March 1st but we are flexible if you need to move earlier or later.
While the room is an inner bedroom (no windows) it is quite spacious and has a giant closet. There are 2 sliding translucent doors that let natural light in while keeping privacy. My roomie is a bit of a carpenter and put some wooden framing up that he will remove before he leaves. I’ll have pictures soon!
Across from your bedroom is your own bathroom with a deep tub.
The rest of the apartment features modern appliances, a beautiful kitchen island, large dishwasher, and in suite laundry. There’s a huge balcony with a seriously stunning view of the city, CN Tower, and even the lake.
A lot of the decor and furnishings are my roomie’s which we can choose to keep or not. Looking forward to decorating with you!
The building has lots of great amenities like a Yoga Studio, Gym, Party Lounge, BBQ Terrace, and DIY Room. There is parking downstairs but a spot is extra. We’re also above a Farm Boy and LCBO which is a game changer!
The room is $1550 plus split utilities and internet (around $75 tops but my current roomie leaves a lot of lights on)
About me: I’m a female in my late 30s and happy to live with any age range as long as we have similar living preferences! I love quiet evenings in and will rarely have a friend over for a beer or tea. I’m also down to check out a cool pub, cocktail bar, or food spot.
I love to keep things clean and tidy and would love a roomie who does the same.
I have an older cat who is very well behaved and stays in my room 99% of the time. She’s super cute!
I work in marketing at a brewery so I’m often at events and beer fests, especially during the Summer. If you’re into craft beer we should definitely chat! Other than that I love doing yoga, trying new restaurants, board games and movie nights.
