-Furnished room in a shared apartment. Located next to one of Canada’s prestigious neighborhoods, perfect for leisurely walks.

-Convenientlyu close to Vancouver’s attractions, including beaches, downtown, seawall, Granville Island, and more!

-Easy access to public transportation with nearby bus routes to Downtown (#10) and UBC (#33)30-45 min estimate.

-The room is for single occupancy only.

-Unable to accommodate pets.

-Minimum rental duration is 3 months.

-Bedroom includes a comfortable bed & frame, dresser, standing/sitting desk, ergonomic sitting/standing stool, and a monitor with a swivel mount. There is a closet located in hallway for you.

-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances like a Vitamix blender, Instapot, air fryer, stove, fridge, and a separate freezer.

-Entertainment options include a PlayStation.

-High-speed 1gb Internet. -Nearby grocery stores: Meinhardt, Loblaws, and Whole Foods.

-Rent includes utilities (heating, cooling, electricity) and high-speed wifi. You’ll also receive $22.50 in laundry credits per month (equivalent to 4 wash and dry cycles).

-Please note that apartment measurements are approximate.

• Half month’s rent deposit. Note: you are required to have your own insurance which is around 15-20

-I typically go to bed by 11 pm.

-I’m usually focused on my work, but I do appreciate occasional conversations with roommates.

-I value a quiet environment and rarely entertain guests, so I’m looking for a roommate who shares this preference.
