Meaghan's room

I have a room available in Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condo in the heart of Downtown Calgary. The apartment is in the Victoria Park/Beltline Area and is super close to 17th Ave Bars and Restaurants, as well as 4th Street. The train is less than a 3 min walk that can take you to the Core shopping Center in minutes, also only 15 mins to get to Chinook Shopping Center. The condo is on the 14th floor, has a large balcony and beautiful unobstructed views of the city. You will have a Private Room with your own bathroom. The room is a good size with a fairly large closet space. Kitchen is super modern with dark wood and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. There is In-suite laundry as I keep the place very tidy. The building has a gym, sauna and whirlpool, as well as a games room and movie theatre. I have been here for almost a year and love it here.

I am a hospitality professional, and Esthetician. When I’m not at work I am usually at the gym, or writing at a cafe. I can be found cooking in the kitchen or chilling on the couch with Netflix or a good book. My ideal roommate would be someone who works out of the home or works away, has a similar mentality/lifestyle and is respectful. They would have to be clean as I am very organized and tidy. I am super friendly, so I’d always be up for a chat but also appreciate my alone time.
