This is a lease take over as my roomate is moving back to London UK. The room is in a 2bed 2bath condo unit with ensuite laundry. You will have your own bathroom. The room comes unfurnished but has furniture in it ( a bed , matress and chest of drawers all from IKEA and used for less than 6months ) which will be available for $950 a one time payment and you will then own them.But this is an optional choice. Common area spaces are already furnished no additional cost. The building is in a very accessible area to TTC , 2mins walk to the Wilson subway station on the yellow line. and 25 minute commute to union station. The building comes with alot of amenities ie hs a 24 hr open gym with lots of equipment , a summer patio ,co working spaces with quiet meeting rooma for those that work from home and media room for fun relaxing weekends with friends.

The other roomate is me 😊an accountant professional who is friendly ,easy going, fun ,respectful of one’s space and clean. . I work from home 3days a week and 2 days in office.love to hang and chat sometimes as schedules allow.
