About the room
Located in the beaches of Toronto.
We are walking distance to Woodbine Subway station or take the bus two stops. The bus stop is directly in front of the house. Very convenient transportation and close to all things such as grocery stores, parks, libraries, restaurants, gyms and more.
I am a homestay host, providing homestay for international students and newcomers on a short or long term basis. I provide several services in the room price such as wifi and laundry Service weekly. Please can be purchased for an additional fee. All prices are charged every 4 weeks (28 days). Please note* there is no cooking permitted on the stove, microwave use only. Also, guests are not permitted to bring home their guests or friends into the house.
The room is private, fully furnished that includes mini fridge and microwave.

About the roomies
I am a professional working from home. I live with my teenage daughter and have two small dogs. We host international students and newcomers to Canada. We are quiet, respectful and friendly.
