Welcome to Cat House! We are a Queer Collectivist home looking for a permenant roommate to take over one of our 3 bedrooms starting in June (earlier if you are okay to share)

-This 1400sq foot apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 story walkup directly across the street from Burquitlam Station. (Safeway also across the street, close to transit, Lougheed Mall, quick bus to Mundy Park, so many things!)

-We are looking for a queer, trans, or femme identifying person (Cis/trans/Enby) that is familiar with non-violent communication, enjoys some collective dinners, gaming, other fun activities, but is also happy to just parallel play/hang out quietly with us in our home. We are a sex and kink positive space, meaning that conversations about both topics are open and welcome, but not required, and people come home to the expectation of being able to have partners over.

-There are 2 neurodivergent Roommates in Cat-House -1 is a former programmer/electrical engineer on PWD- she love gaming, yacking your ear off about techincal details of computers, and so much more (She recognizes she hyperfocuses and accepts a polite ‘hey i need space’ and she will happily skip to her room instead)

-1 is an aspiring writer and registered massage therapist in training who currently works nights at YVR- she loves warhammer, Magic the gathering, and other gaming.
