One bedroom with double bed for rent and private bathroom with tub. New home located in Belmont SW. The home has a large deck in the back with patio furniture for summer enjoyment. The basement has a gym area and games area and there is an an office upstairs which you are welcome to use.

I am looking for the right indiviudal who is clean, respectful, and trustworthy. I am not home very often (one week a month at the most), so you will be able to enjoy the home to yourself for most of the time. The right person would be accountable and ensure the sidewalks get shovelled (corner lot, so a bit more shovelling) in the winter and grass is cut in the summer when I am not home.

I am a 30 year old female, working professional. I am clean, organized, and do not smoke.

I have 2 dogs, a basset hound and a toy poodle/shitzhu, you might not meet them, but must be comfortable with dogs in the event they travel home with me sometimes.
