Modular home/ trailer located in parkland village, Spruce Grove. Room available for rent with your own bathroom. On the one end of the house so you have full privacy.Can provide it furnished or unfurnished. Utilities included with internet. Parking available, with a plug in winter if needed. If you don’t drive, there is an on-demand bus now that comes to the park. Shared kitchen, living room and laundry room. Other room in the house i converted to a workout(with equipment) /storage room which you are welcome to use. Back yard has a very large deck, ponds and a fire pit to enjoy in the summer. Home is very well kept, tidy, and clean. Park has a gas station, convinent store, pharmacy, fire hall, community hall, elementary school, parks, and a large beautiful pond with walking trails around. Very quiet area the house is located in. Only 5 minutes into spruce to all grocery stores, shopping etc.

Single female, 32, no kids, I don’t smoke. Very quiet and laid back. I don’t like parties and late nights. I work a lot as I have multiple jobs so rarely home unless to sleep. Occasionally home on the weekends which then I usually spend it relaxing, cleaning the house, catching up on laundry etc and just enjoying the time off. Rarely have visitors as I usually go out to visit but only visitors that would come over are my 2 best friends for short visits. I am looking for a reliable, quiet, trustworthy roommate. Must have a job.
