About the room
It is an apartment building, I live in a basement apartment. The laundry room is shared with all of the other tenants. Takes only loonies and quarters. There are train tracks behind the building. Secured building. The mailboxes are located inside the front door of building.
I have 2 cats. So you have to be okay with that. Unfortunately I can’t accept those whom also have cats or dogs. But any other kind of animal is fine. This apartment building is pet friendly.
About the roomies
Like I said an apartment building. So in my apartment it’s just me and my cats. The other tenants in the building are decent with their noise levels.
