Private, unfurnished room in a very spacious and well-lit basement, shared with only one person, myself. The room has a closet, and there’s also plenty of room for storage. All utilities are included, street parking. Short-term lease accepted. I recently moved here, so I’m in the process of getting some furniture, you’re welcome to bring your own furniture as well. It’s a 10-minute drive to the Bonnie Doon mall and LRT Valley Line, with a 3-minute walk to transit on Whyte Ave., it’s a 20-minute ride to UofA and 15 minutes to downtown. The neighborhood is very quiet, close to Mill Creek, with numerous trails for riding and hiking in spring/summer. It’s near restaurants, bars, and nightlife in Strathcona.

I’m a 28-year-old male graduate student who’s mostly away during the week but enjoys spending weekends at home. I’m a quiet person who loves gaming and movies. I welcome anyone, regardless of gender or preferences. I’m simply looking for a clean roommate, ideally someone who takes a shower every day, washes their clothes regularly, and helps keep the common areas clean. I’d also like to foster a mature and friendly environment. I’m fine with casual group meetings and overnight visitors, as long as everyone respects each other’s space.
