Henderson Highway

Hey! i have a room available in an 850 sqft apartment off of henderson highway. looking for a preferably female/afab nb person to share the space with me. there’s an outdoor parking spot available with no extra charge. it’s on the third floor of a 3 storey walk-up. the room comes with loads of closet space and extra closets through the apartment. I’m hoping to find a roommate by the time i renew my lease in april. the apartment is cat (and some small animal excluding dogs) friendly! the room has acted as i suppose an activity room for the last year, so the guitars and other things in the photo of the room will be moved before move in date!

My name is Callen, i’m turning 21 in July and have been living in my apartment for almost a year, i play a couple instruments but am generally quite quiet. i like to keep the common areas as tidy as possible granting understanding for life stress sometimes getting in the way! i’m very easygoing and tend to get along with anyone i meet, lgbtq+ friendly & i work 2 part time jobs while i get my certification to become an ASL interpreter. with one of my jobs being a pet store, i love all animals:) i tend to keep to myself and go out to my boyfriends & work, not a partier but i don’t mind relaxing with a glass of wine from time to time.
