The bedroom is independently heated and air conditioned, so you can control your own comfort levels without interfering with anyone else’s. All utilities including internet and WIFI are included in the rent. Privacy is also a top priority here - you’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, allowing you to enjoy your own space while still benefiting from the company of other like-minded individuals. The accommodations are non smoking/Vaping ( in or outside)and non alcoholic( no alcohol on premise) This place is best suited for an individual that is employed in a full time position and does not work from home, or has a full course load at the university( not online).
