The view from the bedroom is spectacular, and serene, facing green forest area (this is a home backing to ravine, no homes behind us). The room also features a high 10’ ceiling. Common areas: Living room with big wall-TV, Large professional kitchen with gas burners, 2 fridges, large island, and eating area. 2nd-floor laundry for convenience. For a Single: $1400 per month Minimum 3 month rental. Last month’s rent & small key deposit ($50) No smoking, no pets, no partying, no loud noise (especially during sleep-time). Respectful, quiet tenant only please. Walk out to the composite/wood deck, during 3 seasons, and catch some rays, read a book, watch a movie (within wifi range) with your favorite beverage/snack. Others are all quiet working professionals who value quiet, and common cleanliness, one female ,3 males. There is a schedule for weekend cleaning schedule which is every 5 weeks for each tenant. Everyone really enjoys living here. Oakville is a quiet community with parks and walking-trails very, very closeby.
