Looking for a quiet roommate for an unfurnished room in a 2-bedroom townhouse in the GTA. The room has a closet and access to backyard space. The rest of the unit is furnished and 1 other person lives there. There is a washer and drier in the unit.

$1100 per month is for one room and includes utilities and high speed internet, as well as parking if you need it. Small and well behaved dogs are welcome.

Conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, highway, Wilson station, and Yorkdale mall.

First and last payments will be required. There’s no additional deposit on top of that.

The other tenant is a quiet healthcare professional who is into art and meditation :))
