Welcome to this Cape Cod Style home in beautiful Crystal Beach (Ridgeway)(Niagara) Ontario. This property is a short 10 minute walk to Bay Beach, shops, restaurants and pubs and 35 minutes to Niagara College and 45 minutes to Brock University. The successful roommate will enjoy a beautiful private Loft space on the 2nd floor of the house with new Queen bed. premium mattress and linens, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, work desk, and tea centre. The 2nd Floor Loft is considered Bedroom 1 with bathroom 1 and your roomie will reside in a private area with Bathroom on the main floor, so completely separate from your space. Rent from month to month with a limited rental period of March 1st of each year until December 31st of the same fiscal year (please inquire about details as some restrictions apply) In Summary the house is not available in January and February of each year so students can book a Fall Semester only. (Exceptions are possible so please inquire about options) Up to 2 students will be allowed to book for a full fall Semester for $750/month each, from September 1st of each year until the end of December of the same year. Roommates will have shared access to fully equipped kitchen, beautiful furnished living/dining room with cathedral ceilings and gas fireplace and sun filled landscaped yard with fountain, hammock, dining area and lounge chairs. There is free laundry machines on the main floor and parking for one vehicle only. Guests of roommates must park in the public parking lots at the main beach as there are no additional parking spots on the property. Your rent will include all utilities, A/C, internet, free laundry and free parking. Potential roommates must have a clean criminal record, good credit rating, be a non-smoker with no pets and no kids. There is absolutely no marijuana use on the property and no vaping or cleaning of vaping apparatus allowed. The property is exempt from service dogs as the owner has a serious pet allergy and has an accommodation and exemption. Quite times are from 9pm until 9am daily. No parties or events are allowed on the property as roommates agree to quite use of the house. Roommates may have guests to the house for short periods of time but guests cannot sleep over; exceptions apply.
