I live in the mount Pleasant area in a 950-square-foot open-concept i apartment on the fourth floor. My second bedroom is available for months of February and March. We are 10 minute walk from Broadway and City hall station.
The kitchen is well equipped with two microwave. The living room is well-lit and facing the court yard.
I have set up a office space in the corner of living room but more than happy to share it with you!
There is guest parking, and a guest lounge (with wifi) available for drop-in use anytime.
We are 20 minutes away from downtown (with train) and 20 min walk from sea wall.
I’m a junior sustainability professional in my thirties. My parents visit me often from Alberta so I only am able to offer short term accommodations of weekly or monthly. I am based in the master bedroom where I can work from there for half of the week. I like cleanliness but I am also easy going. I am friendly and social while considerate of the need for having alone/me time.
