House is in avalon area. I am very picky about cleanliness and keep the house spotless.

I run a contracting business and i’m rarely home. I have 2 young boys aged 8 months and 2 years that visit on the weekend and my oldest boy sleeps over ( baby is breast fed so sleeps at his moms)

There is a dishwasher and the house has central AC and laundry. Also a backyard with deck. 750 including all utilities
