I live on my own and have been renting a room in my home for a a few years now to female international students. I am friendly, respectful, tidy, considerate and easygoing. I am a Vancouver based artist working from home, but I also enjoy staying active and go out dancing on some weekends. I am vegetarian but have no problem if the person renting the room cooks meat.
