Hello! Welcome to a quiet neighborhood in East Van, a 9 minute walk to Commercial drive and a 14 minute drive to downtown. This apartment is very close to the infamous “EAST VAN” sign. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with the main bathroom shower being shared. The master bedroom is very large, and has a walk-in closet, along with a half bath ensuite. The apartment has a brand new in-suite washer and dryer, a good sized storage locker in the basement, and a lovely balcony where you can spot the mountain tops through the trees. There is a parking stall in an underground parkade, which can be open for discussion if interested. The area has lots of street parking available as well. The lease would be for 10 months, till December 1st 2024.

Hello! My name is Kaylee, I am a nurse turned medical sales rep who has a well mannered 8 year old husky mix. I work from home when I’m not on site or travelling. In our spare time, you can find Sonic and I running, enjoying the off leash dog park (Trout lake, 1.9K away) or on a hike! I also like to ski, cook, and spend time with friends. I’d love a roommate that has similar interests, is a very good communicator, tidy, and respectful.
