• Laundry facilities are also upstairs.
• No pets (mainly cats and dogs) as one housemate is allergic.
• House is opposite a 99S bus stop (less than 1 min walk) which comes every 10 mins (every 5 mins during peak times) and is about a 10-15 mins bus ride to university. It’s the second stop for the bus so it is never full.
• There is also a Go Bus stop 5 mins walk away for 17, 48, 29.
• Location is also close to Food Basics, Longos, Zehrs, and Shoppers Drugmart, Starbucks, Guelph Public Library, Dollarama, and the Cinemas.
• All 5 banks are also in walking distance with a bunch of restaurants/fast food chains and other stores.
