• Rent is $600 a month plus utilities (internet, gas, water and electricity) which are about an extra $100 a month total.
• Walkout basement has a bathroom shared with one other housemate and a separate living room space and entrance (which is mainly used by the basement tenants).
• Room comes unfurnished but you can send/ship/store your furniture before you move in so it’s there for when you officially move in.
• The rest of the house is furnished.
• One parking spot available.
• Laundry facilities also onsite.
• Please no pets (mainly cats and dogs) as one of the housemate is allergic.
• House is opposite a bus stop which comes every 10 mins (every 5 during peak times) and is about a 15 mins bus ride to university. It’s the second stop for the bus so it is never full.
• There is also a Go Bus stop 8 mins walk away for 17, 48, 29.
• Location is also close to Food Basics, Longos, Zehrs, and Shoppers Drugmart, Starbucks, Guelph Public Library, Dollarama and the Cinemas.
• All 5 banks are also in walking distance with a bunch of restaurants/fast food chains and other stores.
• The basement space will be clean and ready to be moved in starting February 7th. February will of course be discounted.
• This is not a sublet.
